<span style="font-size: large;">Vamos esclarecer umas coisas. Possivelmente, as receitas que você encontrar por ai pedem para passar este purê na peneira. Sim, ele vai ficar mais liso. Contudo, além de dar mais trabalho e serem mais utensílios para lavar, você vai estar jogando fora a casca do grão-de-bico. E é na casca que está a maior parte das fibras (muito importantes para o funcionamento do intestino). Por isso, eu fiz sem passar na peneira; e ficou muito gostoso. Além disso, eu indico o uso de caldo de legumes. Essa caldo não é aquele cubinho vendido no mercado. Aqueles cubinhos são entupidos de glutamato monossódico e outras porcarias. Então, eu faço meu caldo de legumes. Como rende uma panela e eu não uso muito, eu congelo em forminhas de gelo. E é essa quantidade a que me refiro: um cubo de caldo é um cubo congelado. Da próxima vez que eu fizer, eu posto a receita do caldo de legumes pra vocês. E se você não tem caldo caseiro e está com pressa, use água com ervas frescas ou secas, pimentas, cebola... tem um monte de temperos naturais muito mais gostosos e saudáveis que os pacotinhos milagrosos do super mercado.</span><br />

Com o fogo desligado, adicione o creme de leite, aos poucos, mexendo sempre, até obter uma consistência boa para recheio e cobertura.</div>
